Returns  
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Exchanges  
Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items  
- Custom or personalized pieces  
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration  
- Final sale items  

Manufacturing Defects  
We offer a 20-day warranty for manufacturing defects. If your item has a defect, please contact us with clear photos for review.

Return Process  
To request a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number.  
Return instructions will be provided after approval.

Shipping Costs  
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds  
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders  
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
