If your chosen size is not available, your ring will be custom crafted specifically for you. Please allow approximately 7 business days for production prior to shipment.

Once your order is placed, we will notify you whether your selected size is in stock and ready to ship or if it will be made to order.

For local pickup or delivery, we will contact you to arrange an appointment once your order is ready. Delivery fees may apply depending on your location.

If your order is being shipped, tracking information will be provided once your package has been dispatched.

Shipping times are separate from production times and may vary depending on the destination.

Cancellation Within 48 Hours

Orders cancelled within 48 hours of payment are eligible for a full deposit refund.

Cancellation After 48 Hours

Cancellations made after 48 hours will forfeit 30% of the total order amount, as materials, CAD preparation, and production may already be in progress.

Custom-made jewelry is specially crafted for each customer and cannot be easily resold.

🏷️ Warranty

Includes a 6-month warranty covering:

• Manufacturing defects

• Structural issues

• Stone fallout caused by craftsmanship defects

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Scratches

• Bent or warped rings

• Prong damage caused by accidental impact

• Third-party repairs or resizing

We currently do not offer ring resizing.
